Agrix does not process or facilitate transactions between companies. All transactions occur outside the platform via approved third-party payment providers.
1. Definitions
- Platform: Agrix website and related services.
- User: Anyone accessing or using the platform.
- We / Us / Our: Agrix, operated by FOP Kryvolapova Daryna Bohdanivna, Ukraine, registration number 2003570010003018622, legal address: Ukraine, 08200, Kyiv region, Bucha district, Irpin city, Akademika Romodanova St., 56, apt. 14.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your company.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
3. Account Registration
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Agrix does not process or facilitate transactions between companies.
4. Services Provided
Agrix enables users to:
- Create and manage their profiles
- Explore verified company profiles and opportunities
- Communicate securely within the platform
- Access additional features through subscriptions
✅ No mention of "buy/sell listings" or marketplace functionality.
5. Payments
- All subscription payments are securely processed via approved third-party payment providers.
- Fees are displayed before purchase and renew automatically unless canceled beforehand.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes in your region.
6. User Conduct
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide truthful and accurate information.
- Respect intellectual property rights.
- Do not interfere with platform operations or attempt to bypass subscription fees.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and branding on Agrix belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.
8. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or legal obligations.
- You can request account deletion by contacting us.
9. Disclaimer
Agrix is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of company profiles
- Continuous or error-free service
You use the platform at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not liable for loss of profits or data.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will appear on this page with a new effective date. Continued use implies acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be settled in Ukrainian courts unless otherwise agreed.
