Welcome to Agrix, the global B2B agro marketplace. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Agrix.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: Agrix website and related services.
  • User: Anyone accessing or using the platform.
  • We / Us / Our: Agrix, operated by FOP Krivolapova Darina Bohdanivna, Ukraine.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your company.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information.

3. Account Registration

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use immediately.

4. Services Provided

Agrix enables users to:

  • Post buy/sell listings for agricultural products.
  • Communicate within the platform.
  • Access additional features through subscriptions.

5. Payments

  • All subscription payments are securely processed via WayForPay.
  • Fees are displayed before purchase and renew automatically unless canceled beforehand.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes in your region.

6. User Conduct

  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
  • Respect intellectual property rights.
  • Do not interfere with platform operations or attempt to bypass fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and branding on Agrix belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or legal obligations. You can request account deletion by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer

Agrix is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of listings.
  • The reliability of buyers/sellers.
  • Continuous or error-free service.

You use the platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not liable for loss of profits or data.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will appear on this page with a new effective date. Continued use implies acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be settled in Ukrainian courts unless otherwise agreed.
