  • Agrix operates on a subscription-based model for sellers and service providers.
  • Payments are processed securely via WayForPay.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annually).

2. Free Trial

  • We may offer a free trial so users can evaluate our services.
  • You may cancel during the trial period without being charged.
  • If you do not cancel, your payment method will be charged automatically after the trial ends.

3. Refund Eligibility

We typically do not issue refunds except in the following cases:

  • You were charged after canceling your subscription in time.
  • There was a duplicate or erroneous charge on our end.

All refund requests are evaluated case-by-case and are granted at our sole discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Email address used on Agrix
  • Payment date and amount
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • You changed your mind after subscribing.
  • You did not use the service during your active subscription period.
  • Your account was terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider:

  • Your Agrix account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.
  • Please contact us first — we’re happy to help resolve any issue directly.
