Buyers can use Agrix for free after verification. Suppliers need a subscription (monthly or annual) to access buyer requests and communicate with buyers. We offer a 3-day free trial for new suppliers.

Registration & Verification

How long does verification take?

Verification typically takes 1-3 business days. Our admin team reviews all verification documents to ensure platform security and trust. You'll receive a notification once your account is verified.

What documents do I need for verification?

For buyers: Business registration documents, identification, and proof of business activity. For suppliers: Company registration, business license, and product documentation. Specific requirements may vary by country.

Can I use Agrix without verification?

You can browse the marketplace, but verification is required to post requests (buyers) or access buyer requests and communicate (suppliers). Verification ensures a safe trading environment for everyone.

Subscriptions & Payments

What subscription plans are available?

We offer three plans: 3-Day Free Trial, Monthly Plan ($99/month), and Annual Plan ($950/year - save 20%). All plans give you full access to buyer requests, unlimited chats, and the ability to send custom offers.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access until the subscription expires.

Does Agrix handle payments between companies?

No. Agrix does not handle or process trade payments between companies. Subscriptions cover access to verified listings, chat, and analytics tools. Payment terms are negotiated directly between buyers and suppliers.

How do I contact a buyer or supplier?

Once you have an active subscription (suppliers) or verified account (buyers), you can start conversations directly through the chat feature. Click on a company profile or buyer request to initiate contact.

Can I post multiple buyer requests?

Yes, verified buyers can post multiple requests. Each request can specify different products, quantities, and requirements. This helps you reach a wider range of suppliers.

How do I respond to a buyer request?

Suppliers with active subscriptions can view buyer requests and respond by starting a conversation. You can send custom offers, negotiate terms, and share product information directly through the chat.

Account & Support

How do I update my company profile?

Go to your profile page and click "Edit Profile". You can update company information, products, and other details. Some changes may require re-verification.
